A Parents as Teachers parent meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, at 5:30 PM at the Diagonal School. Darla Dolecheck will be presenting “Love and Logic” discipline techniques. Other positive discipline techniques will also be discussed. In addition, guidance will be given on learning to use encouraging words as part of discipline as well as learning ways to build a toddler’s self-esteem and the effect that has on discipline.
