Ringgold County Hospital is planning to hold a six-week workshop for people dealing with chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or anxiety. Classes will be held one day a week for six weeks. The workshops will teach people to take an active role in managing their health. Learning to set goals along with a step-by-step plan to improve the quality of life is the overall focus.
