The National Weather Service will be conducting a Storm Spotter Training on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the Clarke Community High School Auditorium, 800 North Jackson, in Osceola, Iowa. The class is free and there is ample room if there are large groups who want to attend. Clarke County Emergency Management is sponsoring the class.
