A PAT parent meeting will be held Tuesday, February 17, at 5:30 PM at the Family Resource Center in Mt. Ayr. Robin McDonnell, RN, PAT coordinator, will discuss challenges, habits, safety and common myths surrounding baby and toddler sleep struggles. How much sleep does my child need? When will my child sleep through the night? Why won’t my child go back to sleep when they wake up at 1 AM? These questions and more will be answered. Time will be allowed to discuss strategies that have worked for other parents.
