Ringgold County Public Health’s Parents as Teachers program will be continuing the Loving Your Family series at the Diagonal School during the month of November. Sessions will be held November 12, 19 and 26 at 5:30 PM. Topics will include: Vegetables and fruits, reading food labels, food safety, grains, calcium-rich roods, snacks, fast food and healthy pregnancies. A light meal will be provided for class participants.
