A preschool registration and health fair for children age 0-18 will be held Monday, June 1, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Mount Ayr Community Elementary School gym. For preschool registration, please bring birth verification, immunization records and proof of the family’s income (W2, tax returns, or pay stubs).
There will also be staff available to assist with making appointments for physicals, review your child’s immunization status, and provide dental and vision screenings. In addition, a variety of local resources will be sharing information. Free snacks, activities and door prizes will be available!
A doll and stuffed animal clinic will be offered. Children are invited to bring in their favorite doll or stuffed animal, and they will receive a thorough checkup from a Mt. Ayr Medical Clinic medical professional.
