Ringgold County Public Health has worked with Clarke County Environmental Health Services for many years to provide environmental health services to our county’s residents. Effective July 1, 2017, all concerns related to environmental health will be directly routed to the Clarke County office at 144 W. Jefferson in Osceola, Iowa. All forms that are required for septic system applications and water testing are available on our website under the Environmental Health tab. Please forward your completed forms to the Osceola office. If you are unable to access a printer, the forms will still be available at our office in Mt. Ayr. Any fees that are due are to be made payable to Clarke County Health Department.
